This hotel is a peaceful stay away from the chaotic downtown area, making it perfect for a relaxing trip. the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating in all areas of the hotel. the room is modern and affordable with reliable wifi and clean bathroom facilities. Our breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from that catered to international travelers. the lakeshore restaurant on-site had a great selection of food and the area was much quieter than the bustling city center.

Peaceful stay away from chaotic downtown. Our 17th trip to the area and we found this modern, affordable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Lakeshore Restaurant had a great assortment of delicious foods. The area was much quieter than downtown without the aggravating, drunken tourists and people trying to sell tours. The air quality was much better and the wifi was reliable. we'll recommend this hotel.

Spent Xmas in a modern hotel, with friendly staff and a cozy ambience. the Lakeshore Restaurant offers an assortment of tasty foods, and the location is just a few minutes away from beautiful scenery and cultural landmarks. We also enjoyed the complimentary wifi service, allowing us to stay connected with family back home during the holiday season.
the lobby was not maintained properly, and the staff struggled with communication, making it difficult to address our concerns effectively.

Spent my Xmas at a hotel and had a great time. The breakfast had a fantastic spread of baked goods and fresh fruits. The staff were polite and always willing to offer advice on the best spots to visit in the area. The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the beautiful lake and away from the noise of the city.
The restaurant had an off-putting smell and the floors in the lobby and restaurant were quite dirty. some of the staff did not understand English very well which made communication difficult.
